I’m a Navy veteran with more than a decade of experience on the payer side of healthcare, reviewing denials for major health plans. Over the years, I saw exactly why claims were being denied and how they could be prevented or corrected. Working for the payer, I wasn’t allowed to help providers fix their claims, and that limitation inspired me to create a solution that would.
Today, through DenialMate, I use that experience to help healthcare practices and billing teams gain the same level of understanding I once had behind the scenes. I provide education, consulting, and claim review support that teaches providers how to manage denials with clarity and confidence.
My mission is simple. I bridge the gap between payers and providers, turn confusion into understanding, and make it easier for practices to focus on what matters most—patient care and financial stability.
